Beer Is Also Good For Your Health • 06.22.10
This is an old shot from one of our group gimmick. Oh, I miss APAC… The old Team Delta!

Toast! And share your love stories...
This was the time that we don’t have a Team Lead yet and we decided to have a post-shift hang-out! Haha. Guys, your love stories are still fresh in my memory.
*kilig* I want more bonding times like this.
Moving forward, here are the benefits of BEER:
Too much alcohol is bad for your health but a bottle or two can be surprisingly beneficial. If you think beer is the culprit for those love handles or belly bags, think again. It can actually reduce your risk of heart disease since it increases High Density Lipoprotein (HDL) or good cholesterol to limit the chances of hardening your arteries and thickening the blood. Beers also have more vitamin B6 than red wines. The article published in Kaboodle.com also stated that it can decrease the risk of getting kidney stones by 40%. I just think that it’s because we tend to pee more when we’re drunk and we can take out all of the harmful substances from the body filtered by our kidneys.
Females benefit more from beers as they age. Aging gracefully is a blessing and the beer can preserve bone density through out the process the same way as calcium does. Currently, there are studies being conducted to test the effectiveness of xanthohumol and other beer properties in breaking down carcinogens thereby preventing cancers.
