Though I haven’t restored my Techie Liz blog yet, I wish to update it with the latest malware removal and computer troubleshooting.

I’m so happy that my job thought me a lot of things. I have handled different virus cases and pc performance issues and I can resolve them over the phone. With remote assistance to the client of course. Common issue with old pc models are the RAM so we recommend our client to upgrade the memory size. They usually ask where to buy memory card but it really depends on their location. For Australia, Harvey Norman is as popular as Best Buy and Walmart in US.

I did not win any item from our Christmas raffle here in the office. They gave away mouse, headphones, USB stick, speakers and other computer peripherals.

Chandler turns one year! I love my HP Compaq laptop because he has been my partner in earning online and easing boredom. I’ve bought him lots of accessories and cleaning materials and now, I am thinking of buying laptop speakers for him so that I can enjoy listening to the music even more.

I’ve just finished downloading Narcissu’s sound track and for sure I’ll love this instrumental music.
